Random Musings of a Curious Mind

AeroCare

Years ago, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer. She was living across the state from her oldest son. As the disease progressed, we wanted to find a way to get her east. Because of the condition of her lungs, her doctor wouldn't allow her to take a commercial flight. I wish I'd known about AeroCare in those days.

An internationally recognized airline medivac service, AeroCare offers 24-hour, emergency and non-emergency services throughout the world. Specialists in transporting critically ill patients, each flight includes a nurse, paramedic and highly trained flight crew, as well as state-of-the-art equipment.

Their aircraft are licensed by the FAA and the company is licensed as an air ambulance service in their state. AeroCare is a provider, not a broker; the medical crew members are trained in altitude physiology; and they offer bedside to bedside service. Adding to the quality of the service is their dedication to keeping costs to a minimum. AeroCare will even help you coordinate with insurance or Medicare.

It's not a service that anyone wants to need, but if you do, isn't nice to know that AeroCare is there?
