Random Musings of a Curious Mind

Protect Your "i"

If you own an iPod or iPhone, you know that they aren't inexpensive and you, certainly, wouldn't want to have to replace one if it got damaged. I have several carrying cases for my phone, but they won't do much more than minimize scratches. Should the phone get dropped, there's no protection; not to mention, they inhibit the use of the phone.

For better protection and usability, take a look at some of these iPod accessories. The aluminum case is one of the most innovative items I've ever seen. Made of aircraft-grade metal, it's lined with neoprene (like in diving suits) for cushioning and a snug fit. While it leaves the click-wheel open for easy use, there is a permanent plastic screen over the display to eliminate scratching. And the price is amazing!

Another great product that protects against scratches is InvisibleShield, basically body armor for your iPod. Originally used to protect the edges of helicopter blades, this cover is guaranteed for life. That's right! If it ever scratches, the manufacturer will replace it - for FREE.

No matter what you need for your iPod or iPhone, check out pdostore.com. They have a selection of accessories that just boggled my mind.
