Judge Loses More Than Pants
Remember the judge that sued a dry cleaners for $54 million, over a pair of lost pants? Well, he lost his case and, more than that, he lost his job. Sounds only fair to me!
Roy Pearson's term as an administrative law judge expired on May 2nd. Officials from the District of Columbia confirmed to the AP on November 8th, that the Commission on Selection and Tenure of Administrative Law Judges has decided not to reappoint Pearson. Amazingly, he did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
