Detox and Weight Loss

As you're all probably aware by now, I am on the hunt for a way to get in shape - in a fairly short period of time, without sweating. Literally, without sweating. I hate formal exercise and sweating.

In my hunt for my perfect weight loss solution, I found orovo detox today. The concept, not to mention the testimonials, is rather impressive. Which, of course, makes me wonder.

Most of the ingredients are natural, and I'm familiar with the uses of many of them. For example, milk thistle and licorice root are supposed to be good for clearing toxins from the liver. Vitamin B6 helps the body produce antibodies, maintain nerve function, and form red blood cells. Antioxidants are always good, as are the so-called 10 SuperFoods. I'm a little concerned about the potassium and magnesium, and the dosage levels, which means I'll be doing a little more research.

Might be I've finally found the help I need; although, it still recommends exercise. Rats!
