Anorexia Lawsuit Against Rachel Ray Supervisor
I was seriously unhappy to read this story - Rachael Ray employee claims anorexia bias. For as long as she's been on TV, regardless of station, I was a fan. Perhaps my enthusiasm has been misplaced.
As an anorexic, I was appalled to hear that someone with an eating disorder was harrassed to this level. Just like depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health issues, anorexia is not a condition that deserves this kind of abuse.
I hope that Rachel will rise to the occasion and support this employee. It will be very sad if she doesn't - which will encourage me to no longer visit any of her TV shows.
