Best Acne Treatment
Here's one of the wedding pictures I promised. As you might imagine, I was a little reluctant to share this photo, because my skin looks just awful. It's very upsetting to have skin this bad at my age. (Of course, it might have something to do with the fact that I don't really take great care of it.)
Laziness notwithstanding, I decided it was time to go on a hunt for the best acne treatment for my skin type - old, combination, sensitive, and sagging. The first requirement, after efficacy, is NO harsh chemicals. They just make my skin look worse.
Another stumbling block I have is the combination part of my skin type. Products that work on my forehead, nose, and chin, are too astringent for my cheeks. And, as you can imagine, the ones that don't dry out my cheeks add so much excess oil to my forehead, nose, and chin that I have even more breakouts. It's very frustrating!
I greatly appreciate sites that do the research and list product reviews. But how does one know - exactly - what will work for them? And even if the prices are reduced, it's just not feasible to purchase something that doesn't work and have to turn around and try again.
