Muscle Growth
I have been lucky throughout my life - when I want to build muscle, I simply exercise a little bit. Because I've never carried much body fat, it was easy for me to build visible muscle. Of course, as everyone now knows, I'm lazy so I don't consistently work out.
For those who are really looking for
muscle growth, there are a lot of options out there. The really good ones explain that you can't pop a couple of pills, sit back, and watch muscles grow. There has to be a personal commitment and a great deal of effort.
Before you commit to gaining muscle mass, do some research and choose a product or company that will really help.

Cobra Golf
I've never been overly athletic. In fact I'm positively lazy. My mind goes 80 miles an hour; my body is happiest sitting still. Although I'll happily walk to the corner store for smokes or a soda, I can't imagine spending several hours chasing a little white ball around a golf course.
Needless to say, I don't know much about the game of golf or the equipment required to beat up that little white ball. You can imagine my amazement when, while searching for something completely different, I found a page about
Cobra golf clubs. I will never look at golf the same way again.
These clubs are amazing. The effort put into designing and creating them is even more amazing. I didn't understand half of what I read, but I do know that if you know what a 3R 20 Degree Wood is or why a swing weight adjustment screw makes a difference, you are a golfer with a capital 'G'.

Bodybuilding Supplements
Years ago, my younger brother grew up - really, really grew up. Seemingly
overnight, he got tall and very muscular. So, after high school, he
decided to get into bodybuilding.
I remember that he took
bodybuilding
supplements, some sort of protein powder to help him build muscle.
Heaven only knows what was in it, but it certainly made a difference. Of
course, he lifted weights and worked out constantly, too. At one point,
his biceps were about as big as my thighs.
After all this time, I
don't recall if he ever competed. I do know that buying a suit became a
real challenge.

Exercise Equipment
It's not that I'm, necessarily, against working out or getting in better
shape. I just don't like to sweat and, living in Arizona, that's not an
easy thing to avoid. Then, there's the fact that I tend to jump into
things with both feet and overdo.
Years ago, I had a set of free
weights (marketed as 'smart-bells') that constitute the only
exercise
equipment I have ever owned. Eventually, after spending several days
telling my youngest "Mommy can't pick you up, honey. Her arms don't work
anymore." I did manage to improve the condition of my upper torso and arms.
It
was, truth be told, not too bad. We had a flat coffee table that was the
perfect height and width to substitute for an exercise bench. I'd work
flat for the first few reps. Then, with a couple of books under one end
I'd work several reps head up and several reps head down.
I really
miss that coffee table.
