Lacy Afghans have a very open lacy pattern. More decorative in design, they are still quite warm, and make an elegant wrap for your shoulders on a cool evening.

A more traditional afghan design, the width is determined first, then the pattern is repeated until the desired length is reached. There are no alternate stitches or panels. The Lacy Afghan is finished with a narrow border.

Designed with a subtly variegated yarn, this afghan is only available, effective October 1, 2007, with a choice of one (1) color. Choose your favorite solid color, or add a range with one of the variegated yarns.

All of the Red Heart "Fiesta" Yarns are made with a complementary nylon strand and would be an excellent choice for this style. Caron "Simply Soft" offers three (3) perfect choices - 'Baby Brights Ombre', 'Country Blue Ombre', and a bright 'Embroidery Print'.
