This Afghan has a simple 3-section center panel, wrapped in several rounds of elaborate edging.
To complete the afghan, a crocheted cord (double-strand) is woven through the first row of edging and tied into a bow at one corner. You really have to see it!
Designed with a Red Heart "Fiesta" Yarn, this Afghan only offers a single-color option. Choose your favorite solid color, or add variety with one of the multi-color yarns. Caron "Simply Soft" offers a variegated yarn ~ 'Baby Brights Ombre' ~ that, I feel, would be just beautiful for a more casual version.
Please note: As of May, 2010, the only available size is Small/Newborn. It was designed in that size and we believe that, due to the time and yarn required for the complex edging pattern, it works best no larger than 36"x36".
