Shipping Information

• Afghans are crocheted once payment has cleared, in the order received - first-order-in first-order-out.
  • We recommend, if possible, ordering during our off-season - April to September - to avoid unnecessary delays
    
    
• Depending on style and size, most items ship in 2-4 weeks.
  • We will notify you, by email, of the anticipated ship date and again on the day that your order actually ships, complete with order tracking information.
  • Please allow additional time for larger items or special orders.
    
    
• Shipping and handling is included in the price of our Afghans.
  • Most Afghans are shipped 2-day Priority Mail.
    • Larger, heavier items may be shipped via UPS or Standard Mail.
  • All packages are insured for the purchase price of the Afghan.
    
    
• Arizona Residents ~
  • Applicable tax will be calculated and added to the Afghan cost at checkout.
  • If you would like to pick up your Afghan, let me know before you order.
    
    
• Gifts - can be shipped directly
  • Provide the recipient's name and shipping address.
  • Add your personal message in the Message to Seller box during checkout.
  • We will include a gift card and care instructions.

Return Guidelines

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the workmanship** of any JMAe product:

• Immediately E-mail JMark Afghans, etc. for Return Instructions.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of original receipt ~ with an RI number.
  • All returns must be in sellable condition. (See 'NOTE: ' below)
    
    
• Standard Order Refund = 75% Afghan Price + tax (if applicable).
  • Special Order Refund = 50% Afghan Price + tax (if applicable).
    
    
• We do not refund shipping charges and all items must be returned pre-paid.
  • Items returned COD or Postage Due, will have any additional cost to JMAe deducted from the refund amount.
    
    
• Refunds take 10 days to process.
  • Once the item is received and condition is verified.

(No refunds are processed unless, and until, the original payment has cleared.)

Disclaimers

NOTE: Damaged Merchandise is the responsibility of the delivery company. If your Afghan and/or package is damaged in shipping, immediately contact the carrier to file a claim.

Do not return a damaged parcel to JMAe. We do not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping and you will void your coverage through the delivery company.

** JMAe does not accept returns for color quality, as we do not manufacture the yarns. The accuracy of the color swatches on our website is only as good as the quality and settings of the computer display used for viewing. If you aren't sure about a yarn color, visit the manufacturer's website before you order.
