Policies and Guidelines
Shipping Information
- All items are crocheted when ordered and ship within 2-4 weeks.
- We will notify you, by email, of the anticipated ship date and again on the day that your order actually ships, complete with order tracking information.
- (Please allow additional time for larger items or special orders.)

- Shipping and handling will be added at checkout.
- Shipping is approximately $10.00-$20.00 per item, based on actual carrier charges
- Most Afghans are shipped 2-day Priority Mail.
- Larger, heavier items may be shipped via UPS or Standard Mail.
- All packages are insured for the replacement value of the afghan.
- Arizona Residents ~
- 8.1% tax will be added to the afghan cost at checkout.
- If you would like to pick up your afghan, let me know before you order.

- If you prefer, we can ship your gift directly.
- Provide the recipient's shipping address.
- We will include a gift card with any afghan order that ships to an address other than the billing address.
Return Guidelines
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the workmanship** of our afghans:
- Immediately E-mail JMark Afghans, etc. for Return Instructions.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of original receipt ~ with an RI number.
- All returns must be in sellable condition. (See 'NOTE: ' below)
- Standard Order Refund = 75% Afghan Price + tax (if applicable).
- Special Order Refund = 50% Afghan Price + tax (if applicable).
- We do not refund shipping charges and all items must be returned pre-paid.
- Items returned COD or Postage Due, will have any additional cost to JMAe deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds take 10 days to process.
- Once the item is received and condition is verified.
(No refunds are processed unless, and until, the original payment has cleared.)

Disclaimers
NOTE: Damaged Merchandise is the responsibility of the delivery company. If your afghan and/or package is damaged in shipping, immediately contact the carrier to file a claim.
Do not return a damaged parcel to JMAe We do not refund damaged items and you will void your coverage through the delivery company.
** JMAe does not accept returns for color quality, as we do not manufacture the yarns. If you aren't sure, visit the manufacturer's website before you order.
** If you ship yarn, other than Caron or Red Heart ~ We will be happy to crochet your afghan, but cannot guarantee the finished product. Always email JMark Afghans, etc. before you ship yarns.

- Obviously, I have to thank meine Grossmutti (my Grandma) for 'trying' to teach me to crochet. If she hadn't sparked my interest, all those years ago, I wouldn't have any afghans to put on a website now.
