This policy covers how JMAe collects and/or uses personal information on our website. (Personal information is information that identifies you, i.e., your name, physical address, email address, or phone number.)
General
JMAe does not collect personally identifiable information about any visitors to our website. We do, however, use cookies to collect non-identifiable information for general marketing purposes only. (See Google AdSense, below.) Users will never be asked for a login or password to access information on, or to link from, any webpage.
As a strict policy, JMAe does not market to children and offers no products or services for online use by children. Therefore, we do not request, require, or accept any information from users under the age of 18. By completing and submitting any of the forms on the JMAe website, visitors verify that they are 18 years or older and legally authorized to provide the required information. This verification requirement is stated boldly on each information and order form.
Valid information received through any of the forms on the JMAe website is retained on a secure server for no less than 12 months. (Spam is immediately and cheerfully deleted.) Any parent who feels their child may have submitted identifying information to JMAe through one of our forms may contact us at customerservice[at]jmarkafghans[dot]com to confirm and, if necessary, request deletion of any information received from a minor child.
Visitor's initials or name and email address are required to: submit forms; subscribe to JMAe's mailing list / newsletter, or send email to any of our departments. This information is only used to respond to your requests and/or send our monthly newsletter. It is not shared with or accessible by third-parties.
A verifiable shipping address and phone number, submitted to PayPal electronically or mailed to JMAe, is required to place an order. This information is shared only with the shipping company or USPS to enable delivery of the order and is not stored anywhere on the JMAe site or servers.
Secure Purchase Privacy Policy
No credit card or bank account information is EVER requested or required to order from JMAe. All electronic / website orders are processed through the secure systems at PayPal or Google Checkout. Special Orders are invoiced through PayPal. Mail orders are payable by Certified Check or Money order only.

Google AdSense
Google AdSense, which furnishes Search functions and advertising on the JMAe website, makes raw data available to us regarding referrer, IP address and type of browser for each 'hit' to our site through DoubleClick. This data is used for trend analysis and search engine marketing /advertising plans, only. It is not used to directly contact our visitors.
