Afghan Order Form

Use this form to describe your Perfect Afghan - a special style, unique size, different or additional color(s). Have a link to a great afghan pattern? Send it to me and I'll work up a quote. If you're not sure exactly what you need, tell me what the afghan will be used for, your favorite colors or room colors, etc. and I'll create an option for you.

Within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your request, I will email you with the suggested size, special pricing, and the anticipated time it will take to crochet and ship out your unique Afghan.

Once you approve the details of your Afghan order, I will send an invoice through PayPal. Payment must be received and cleared, before I can start crocheting your Special Afghan.
